Gunn got rehired because of the backlash against Disney. there's a line where you can accept an apology and people are allowed to grow, that's human nature. the Gunn situation is way below that line and KSR dui also falls way below that line because she served her punishment and where we as humans should be willing to accept their apologies and let the person grow out of that mistake.

on the other hand KSH situation is not on the same spectrum, he groomed an underage girl, lied about his pedo relationship resulting in her being bullied even more by people with parasocial relationships and resulting in her mental health declining to the point of her taking her own life.

Disney+ has the worst distribution policy, it's bad here in the US too. because they'll buy distribution rights for upcoming shows and put up on D+ for only certain region and wait until it's finished to put it up on HULU in US.
