It was the drama I needed. Outside a part of the 11th-12th episodes, I had so much fun! It inspired me to write a story with this concept of transition girl to men, when you are already in a stable relationship.
I really dislike when smoking is a good thing in a story. Outside of that, it was a nice watch. They succeed to establish a story even if it was a very simple one.
It's definitely a movie about why teaching about sexe and family structure is not something you should do "when the kids became adult". Both childs in that story should have know and discuse both subject with there parents at ten max. It was so strange having old teen struggeling with question a child of ten should already know the answer. It was so hard to continue the movie after Sato ask the stupid question about "it is dangerous to have the girl living with a man that is not her blood relative". I means, I get why he is asking the question (Japan culture + absence of education on the topic), but.... it's none the less a very stupid question and so wrong in many way.
Trans and intersex aren't necessarily the same thing to be frank. Don't lump them together. The former is a gender…
Yes, I know. Shiagi already say the same thing and all ready clarify that I did knew. I talk about trans because our lead is male at birth, but was happy as a girl. And I talk about intersex because the birth certificate say girl + the hormone say boy.
Its with this types of BL that we can differentiate the actors that ONLY are doing this to gain exposure/fame…
For what I heard, the biggest prob was the need to cast a new lead just after finishing filming everthing. So, no, you cannot say they are doing it just for exposure/fame just from the fact the chemistry between the lead was poor .
I need help to choose whether I love this series or just hate it completely.
I vote for liking the first half. Even more so since it's an acceptable reason why the last two episodes are... not a success. Song Seung Hyun acting from the 1th to the 6th are really good and I just like so much his solo scene about be bi.
The actors clearly hated their characters lol what was the casting director thinking
From what I just read "Apparently, the original actor for Mu Yeong was arrested, so Chan Bin was the replacement. Unfortunately, his acting was cardboard level. The first few episodes were good and the last few episodes were blah. It's like once the replacement came they decided to film the drama backwards and that's why they seem more awkward towards the ending of the show." So, it's not that the actors dislike there character. And, the scene where the author is alone does show he put effort in his character.

Oh my god!!!!!!!!! It explain a lot. And now, I feel really sad for them and us. Would not be surprise they didn't reshoot Song Seung Hyun part in the 7th episode. Just had the one from Ko Chan Bin. It explain why Song reaction didn't match Ko reaction.
This was the most low effort k-bl I've ever watched I think. Usually with the bad ones you can at least expect…
lol, I did get that the camera angle WANTED us to feel they were not. It also work hard to make sure to destroy all try of acting to make it as flat as possible. But I would say it's a low effort k-bl I saw. Most of the scene with just the author where good. And the one with the manager are kind of fun.
The middel episodes where we mainly follow the author is great. I really fall hard for these scenes and will probably watch them again (and stop when Song Seung Hyun will have play as lead in a better drama [what mean, for now, I have to watch Detective Alice 2 even thouth I don't plan watching the first xD]. Anyway, it was cute having a Bi lead. From the start, I didn't really care about Gu Mu Yeong, so I was not so desapointed when he all alone create all the drama. Unfortunately, with the drama came a drop in quality of production. The worse be a scene in the 7th episodes where they miss like hell the camera angle, breaking in the process all maining and feeling in the actor act. The 8th episode is better if you forgot the visible clause that ask the actor not to touch each other during hug. For real, you basicly have a zoom on the hand be just un centimeter apart from the other actor. Wonder if some fight happen during production behind the scene.
So glad to have watch it. Was so good to have a well done relationship between adult. Could relate way more that most BL. The lead couple was just so adorable pass the two first episodes. And I did like them not loosing to much time on secondary character. It was a good choice with the view time they had.
Currently watching a second time the three first episodes. Really appreciate both character and exactly what I needed at the moment. Was really desespered to find something were the leads will not take age before be a couple. This show feel fresh in part just by starting with the start of there relation.
I do feel the romance was even more needed BECAUSE she was on the spectrum. It's help show how Autism are normal…
With your answer, I get to understand better your idea. Yep, it's a big question, when is it better to have exlanation of action vs just showing and letting people just be expose? The better answer is generally to have more often in drama character with there trait, so you could do both xD Saddly, that option will often not be :( One way they could have explain more would have be to have a little more time with the boyfriend since... he is visibly tend to be the one explainning to us Woo reaction.
