What a an awesome drama, very different from many other JDramas, it had the most modern fliming that I ever seen in a Japanese show, it was very refreshing and well done.
Wako (Tokunaga Eri) was really great, her character was very likeable and realistic, a very down to earth person.
I really felt they got the characters and their behaviour spot on, especially Iko-kun, they got his character and his behaviour changes perfect.
Everyone in the show should feel good about themselves for making this.
What a ride this drama was, I went in fully blind and the first episode or two started as I expected a love story to start then it went dark and it didn't stop.
I was totally expecting a Game of Thrones style ending.
Show is full of surprises, my mind feels mentally drained now.

Love to watch this, but it seems it's been two months since the last episode was subbed... so am going to assume whoever subbed the first three episodes has given up.
That ending, I was preparing for a full on rage, especially as the end got closer and was only minutes left, I was gonna explode, but am glad it had a happy ending, would had wanted a proper happy ending where everyone was happy, but this is the best we got.
Just finished this, what a true rollacoaster of a show, unlike many other Japanese dramas I feel. It's also one of them shows that you can't escape from, when one episode ends, you gotta watch the next one and the next one and so... I finished it in a day.
One major thing I noticed in this show, all the men are cunts, everyone of them, even the MC. Every man in the show slapped a women.
I felt the 1993 version was a lot better, the story flowed better and I felt it was better written.
This had many up's and downs during the series, but it wrapped up nicely at the end, needless to say, I had a few tears.
