What is the reason of ung’s parents? Im confused.
From what was revealed in ep 11, it seems like ung's original dad had abandoned him(reason not yet revealed) and that his current parents basically adopted him. The entire abandonment storyline is yet to be progressed, probably we will get info through next 2 episodes

I think it is just a cute coincidence. Du sik has a only his memories of his grandfather left and going around town with him must have been a fond memory of his. Its just there to show love for his grandfather
