I love how fiercely protective ZhuYan is of WenXiao. YingLong even said he was going to give XiaoZhuo his last dragon bone and when he does, ZhuYan immediately threw an arm in front of WenXiao, afraid she might get hurt. Like YingLong is only giving his last dragon bone, he’s not attacking. 😆 So sweet and protective of ZhuYan! ❤️

It doesn’t show but just imagine how many times SiJing prob thought of taking her own life after killing her own brother and she had no one for support. She lived in agony alone, hidden behind her cold exterior. But now she has the team and her brother’s soul in a puppet, she has been slowly breaking from her cold exterior. Reminds me of how XiaoZhuo is actually smiling more too. He used to be always frowning like, brows always knitted; he’s so much more relaxed now and being a little childish with his banter with ZhuYan.

For 8 years she didn’t know where the token was so it made her weak. When ZhuYan showed up he even told her she’s going to die if she can’t find the token. She finds the token, feels better but then the token broke. The token is gone again. And then she spent 300 years nurturing the divine tree, meaning she was without the token for 300 years unlike the 8 previously so perhaps she was away from it too long? So now it’s a backlash?

Maybe it’s why she’s weak cuz she’s dying. She was dying and sick the whole time he wasn’t with her and she didn’t know where the token was.
