"even idol groups like bts" you do realize heavy makeup is in fact rooted in idol industry, right? the fact that nowadays even tv industry is becoming like idol industry is a weird development, not the other way around.

I loved this drama and never understood why some people disliked it. To me, it was very unique and special. The idea, the soundtracks, the characters... they were all interesting. I watched it almost ten years ago (time flies!!) but I still would like to rewatch it.

i just randomly realized they’re making a kdrama adaptation of the remarried empress and i’m so confused lol. i’ve got such mixed feelings. like… it’d feel awkward if they didn’t adjust the vibes to fit a korean setting, but if they do, it might end up straying too far from what the original story’s really about. i just don’t get why you’d adapt something like this into a live-action kdrama. it would honestly suit an anime way more. but oh well, let’s see how it turns out. the cast is great at least.
