It's a fake world it's fiction. Where it's assumed that all people can be and love who they want. The arranged marriage happens in many many Asian dramas we have just not seen it in a thai and to same sex (in this world happens to be allowed). The daughters last name is Kim. There is one guest female in epi 1 with Kim. The reporter on the tv she watches with her mom has name Kim. Is her mother the news person on the TV? Does she have a different name than FL? Maybe due to career? From the start I felt the child was not the FL bio daughter but Yurim daughter. Father unknown but not the ML.
