The twins both knew her as a child? She only knew one or both twins? The one twin that unalived himself was the good one or are both bad? Was he the same one that did something to her phone earlier in that epi 1? Her doctor and her, do they know each other from childhood or just doctor/patient? The bad twin is alive and does he go after her blaming her for something or his brothers death? So many people say its a love story but that the ending is open. Does that mean we get the leads healed but not necessarily together? Thank you!

Is it your first Korean soap opera ? It is for me so I had to ignore the stage/set and sound. If you can't stand waiting for episodes I suggest waiting until epi 30 then start cuz it's hard waiting. That's how much I like it. If I had known it was a 50 I would have waited though.
I really wanna watch this but if I start now my future self will hate me for having to wait each week...
Agreed I swear it's my first kdrama soap opera after all these years I escaped them. I'm hooked and the wait is frustrating. If you can try to wait for epi 30 then start haha
