Many times in kdramas we see that one who thinks they are a failure or they need time to mentally recover go away and come back five or ten years later. Some 15-20 years later lol. I love the theories in the comments on this series. I'm half way they epi 2 and FL is strong but doesn't speak to her mother. She is still cool (as she text with daughter) and I didn't catch what she was doing in her house when she found out about the gold so maybe she is a writer or artist? Just started epi 2. We know this young FL very well she is one if not the best child actors . That said within minutes she knows about the water statue so either ML told her or she read a diary. I don't think her mom told her.

After reading comments I will go with common theory it's not her bio daughter and possibly the idol fencer daughter with ML. He may be alive or not. I'm staying in play it's great so far. Kdrama pulling a survivor series during Valentine's Day month is very like them haha

So I'm cautious. It's Hong Kong but for it to be allowed to be released in 2022 it may have a sad ending since ML China doesn't allow BL with happy ending or without suffering. Unless it was sold before the take over. Does anyone know? I'll be prepared. I hope to all the BL Gods I'm wrong

They have a past together a loving relationship yet it seems his family nor hers have told him about it nor his accident. All very strange and unlike cdrama where they make a point of couples meeting the parents and also having a relationship. So everyone that knew him is hiding his past relationship and hid the accident from both of them

The smell thing is real so I get it but still no one says a word! They are all lying to him so I am expecting some serious bad episodes coming. And the fact the entire universe is keeping it a secret? And in what asian drama world would the entire family not know Your boyfriend girlfriend and families and have not shared the news! It is so dumb I can't stand it but these are my fav so I will watch aye
