I watches this right after watching RUN ON. So I can say for sure that their awkwardness didn't bother me. Not all main leads will be bubbly from start to finish. And Kyung Seok for sure..just like Ki Seung Gyeom in RUN ON, didn't get some massive character change like most romcom leads do. That was important because idly their cool headedness or stoic personality isn't necessarily bad. Such people are also able to find love and succeed on their relationship. I loved Gangnam beauty. I think that what she actually meant is that, if there TRULY IS a victim, she will always side with the VICTIM. Someone lying about being a victim is not truly a victim. So in this case. When investigations prove there IS a victim. She is siding with them. Thats how I understood her words.
