Goblin is like Korean version of "The original" or "The vampire Diary". Its not exactly same but the plot is kind of similar. The only thing you get extra is romance.
The plots seem very mediocre. Same 15+ old story line,- FL bumped into ML, They form a little love hate relationship gradually fall in love, then someone ( in this case country) tries to separate them, they overcome many obstacles and then happy ending. Well come one "tVN" you guys should be at least bit more creative with this kind of Leads.

Actually, nowadays I'm more into c-dramas than k-dramas. C-dramas have it's flaws but it doesn't use any useless plots like this one. Not every c-dramas but there are fewer.
No offense. It's not a unique drama. After watching so many k-drama I'm kinda getting board. K-drama industry need to reinvent their dramas and make some good drama like Sky castle, Arthadul Chronicles, Physiopath Diary etc. just the name of few.
Sometimes, despite trying really hard not to, a person falls in love anyway. It often happens uncontrollably.
So why they opened a match making agency. Then why would people trust them when they will know that their future bride could be stolen by the person they hired. It's a simple logic.
I can't understand why would Ma Hoon fall in love with the Main FL. It's his profession to make the FL into a better person (king assign them to do that) and he surely know that the king loves her. Why why why.
And in my opinion the ML is the bad people here.
