As someone who watched the first one, read the novel and is watching the remake… I enjoyed/am enjoying each of those version. i saw someone complain that the kids where too good looking.. well kid nowadays do look better than we did back in high school that is a fact. When it comes to Im and Am, in this version they are transgender but in the first one they are not, same for the novel (if I remember correctly) and they were still used as comical relief! My only only con is that I am missing the “friendship group” from the first adaptation. I feel like there are less interactions, the jokes are not as crude since they are trying to not ruffle feathers .. which I can understand. Crazy to say but with the main leads chemestry, I think that I would even be ok with no kiss haha (they are so young! even tho I was already kissing at that age 🙈)
Guys.. I’m not sure what happened. 5 min into the first I was sleeping so I decided to drop it. But today I was bored so I thought I’ll fast forward thru it and… I’m hooked? It’s one of those that is not really good but you still enjoy? (If you can make it thru the 1st eps). Kla and Cake flirting on live had me kackling and that first meeting? I felt all the awkwardness, it was so cute 🥹
Side note: I would have enjoyed a plot where Tan gets mad at Fang for whatever reason and Fang has to be the clingy one to get forgiven. Of course Tan would not sulk for a long time and would give in in one eps. Anyway, AouBoom main character 2025!
There is just something abt this show… like I can see all the weird cuts and continuity issues but why am I still smiling the whole eps? Peem and Phum taking forever to label thing doesn’t phase me. In my country, a guy will be hitting on a girl for month, taking her out, giving her gift and still won’t be her boyfriend. I guess Peem just wanted to be courted haha To the art critics.. please, this is play pretend. Lastly, We are is not a show that you enjoy with your brain, stop thinking and enjoy the fluffyness and if it’s nit for you.. drop it?

I was feeling like you abt TanFang but then I went back and watch their interactions in the first eps and it kinda makes sense! Tan was like “it’s been a while” and Fang replied “You’re not dead yet” 😂 then FANG is the one suggesting they both take a taxi together which at the time I thought was so random buttt again makes sense now that I know that he also liked Fan!
