Frrrr!! And all the comments are like "He is so bad to his ex" lol he's not bad, he just doesn't want to give her false hope. Anything he does, she puts great meaning behind it and he doesn't want that😭 To me, he is acting appropiate, considering how obsessed she is.

I also watched both and they're both good. It comes down to what your preferance is. I personally enjoyed the kdrama a lot more than the cdrama and I felt like the actors had better chemistry.

It was so good!
I found it better than the cdrama Go Ahead. They had so much more chemistry and brought so much more depth to the storyline. Their emotions and traumas were better reenacted and the way it all came together was so beautiful!

Kinda? It mostly shows a few surgeries, but they don't go too deep into the medical stuff and those scenes last just a few minutes. Overall, it's not a medical kdrama.
