Ugh, this drama was the one that got me back into kdrama. I love it so much. I love NSIII with more love than I have for my own boyfriend (jk----- buuuuuut if this character came into life and asked me to lick the bottom of his hoe, I might hesitate to say no). The innocence and openness of this character melts my heart, and his smile makes me wheeze. And the fact that the actor plays both NSs so differently but well makes this drama work so damn hard. I love the lead character, I love to hate the antagonists, and I think the secretary is so damn fine and so damn sweet and I would watch a spin-off drama about his life in a second. I think people should watch the hell out of this drama because there are so many reasons to love it. (except for how they may end it ------------ if they end it in some ways I think they might - I'll hate it)

OOh cliches are so hit or miss with me. Like I love some but the WRIST GRABBING and the SHOWING THE SAME SCENE EVERY 10 MINS really irks me. Also, I love genderbender anything (it was my favorite anime genre) but I have to agree with the rich boy poor girl thing. Many people LOVE Boys Over Flowers but I didn't like it at all, and I watched up to 10-15 episodes. I just didn't care for it. And the remakes just KEEP happening.... oii

Really? I thought Coffee Prince would be up there in getting a friend to get into drama! It was so good! It was one of the first dramas I actually completed! I first watched You're Beautiful and fell in love with it and finished it. Then I started on My Girlfriend is a Gumiho which I also fell in love with but for some reason I just haven't gotten around to finishing yet and then I tried Boys Over Flowers which I HATED. Sorry, I don't know why I just could never get into it. I love Lee Min Ho but I hated his character and I wanted to smack the main girl. I want to try the Japanese version and then maybe get back around to the Korean one but for right no that drama is a big NO.

Anyways, just as I was finding myself becoming completely disinterested in dramas I came across Coffee Prince and FELL IN LOVE. It's one of my favorite dramas EVER even now that my list has increased a bit.

In my opinion, I think it would be a good start with Coffee Prince but then again... my friends thought I would love Boys Over Flowers and I still cringe when I hear the name.

Dramas I think would really get someone into dramas: You're Beautiful (just because it's my first), Coffee Prince, City Hunter, and Hana Kimi.

(Yes, three of them are gender benders- now a cliche. But hey, they're GOOD gender benders and show why the genre is so popular now!)

I saw Gu Family Book and Empress Ki and absolutely loved them! Empress Ki is now one of my favorite dramas! I think I might watch "I hear your voice" and "Nine: Nine Times The Travel". They seem really interesting! (And a lot of the others will also be added to my list, they also seem really good!)
