Though I feel bad for Pisaeng😢, I do understand Kawi🥺... He was shocked by the outcome of his friendship with Pisaeng in the future and is trying his best to avoid every situation that he thinks might have led to Pisaeng falling in love with him.... Distancing himself from Pisaeng was his goal (no.4) but fixing Not- Pisaeng's friendship wasn't.., But still Kawi cared about him and tried fixing it so that he can distance himself without making Pisaeng feel lonely.., (I know his words were a bit harsh but that's how you can make a person hate/dislike you)....
