It is so rare for me not to like Jdrama, and again it made very well, and I really like it. its gonna be sad and dark, we are in a natural process for moving from fluffy sweet bls to now - the sad end but with a fantasy solution, the process was predictable, they can not keep it up with the sweet fluff dramas. in all the bls now, everything became sad. this one will be like "Once again".
Ep 1-2 was good in a way, althought it's already predictable not to talk about the trailer that said it all, ep 3 was for me less interesting, I don't know yet why is that, I don't like horror, but it was moving between good scary moments to jokes, like the hands, I don't know, I don't like anymore the main couple , the young kid looks too young and the other guy looks too much older then him, maybe it's because I know their real age so it makes it worse. I don't feel they suitable together, it could be that Boy have more skills and Tod is not yet there, he doesn't have somthing that stick with you, you feel you are watching air, maybe a ghost. at that point i'm starting to think he is a ghost, but it's also his lack of presence
Main couple and second (the friends)are cute, James is not the best actor but still I like his character and how he plays, he just need more chances because he had it inside of him. I think unlike others that they are suitable to each other,
I don't get the producer. Why does he using the brown palleted colors just to show it's "old" times, it is the second time he does it, I don't get it at all, it's kind of a Thai habit iv'e seen in other dramas, but its old method, why not moving to a modern one? there are so much options out there, he should learn from Kdrama how to do it instead of using this cheap and annoying pallets. In general there are some problems and not a mature production, the plot is also not refreshing from the 80's , anyways Leo is still good looking guy matching with some annoying other one for some reason the same actor/
It could be that I mistake about Thai? because I'm surprised from the latest bl in this month, This one is a jam, I watched ep 1+2 twice already. I like everything about it, and especially ep 2 that was really funny. They are both a good actor and so so so good looking .
One of the best Kdrama ever, I did not stop crying all the episodes until the end, it was charming, the actors play very well, the editing, the story, everything was like traveling in the past, I felt it was made by old producer, because the all production made like in start of 00's, they didn't care so much about the clothes, and decoration, it add a lot to the vibe, because back then in 2007 they didn't care about it, they look like Ordinary people you could meet outside of Seoul. Another point is that there were more caring about each other, today it would not have worked so well, but back then people did care about each other to the point of scarifying their life for another human being. At some point I was : no way this guy didn't think about his own life, and want to change, and then I understand it's other times, and it made a lot of sense back then, now you could not understand it anymore. I general I think that the writer came from that times and you could feel he doesn't care about money but more about the story, and values. I think the critics that gave it less then 9 are born maybe in this area that we neglect innocence and provoking any kind of caring about others to the point we don't care about ourselves.
When I'm writing it I think it is very important, because in general people care so much of themselves and don't care about nothing else , so it could be that we are in critical times, the old people suffer less then the new generation. they will have to face the resulted destruction of that blindness.
Over all ep 1 is cute and fluffy, they are all good looking not the best actors, the plot is usuall like no plot really, and the editing is bad as usuall but it's fluf and entertaining.
Is it only me that think the transition in ep 1 is very fast?? like they moving from frame to frame without waiting a sec, common Thai when will you learn to make drama without thinking it's a long comerssial?!
