I'm watching all of Asia tv for years, My top is Japanese, and never will be, Korean is not in that level, it's a fact, because Japanese are putting a lot of effort in details, "Old fashioned cupcake" proove it well, but there so many of them that it's a long list, I watched and loved Korean to the level I'm talking Korean and understand a lot, but it can not be the same level because they mostly think about cash and you see it clearly in their productions, it is well done in terms of filming, but not in ideas and artistic, it's not that there isn't artist , they more go on the films and not the TV. I am watching Chinese and Thailan, and Vietnam, and I like mostly Asian then Western productuions, But I can not stand Netfix productions even if they are Asian, because they make it Western, you can feel it well. I think that it's not of amatter of taste, but a knowladge and background, and follow your age too, If you liked ITSAY it means you are very young, because it's target for young audience, I can tell you he is influenced from Wes Anderson, it's very clear, I do like WA, so I can appriciate the Thai editor, he have more knowladge then other Thai producers, so it's well done drama, I can not argue, it's just that Japanese are very deep, and artistic, they have a lot of Wisdom even in a simple series you can see they have a lot of their mind and abilities, it's part of their culture, that is why even when you visit there everything is well build, with thinking behind it, to add to all of it, Japanese care less about their rating and money, to the level of obsession like Koreans,, and after it Thai, so they put more effort in the Product without involving cash consideration, their values are different, you can see it btw even in their work series, when they put extra effort in what their are doing,
It's not in the level of the original "Gameboys", but it's still very cute and lovely, I like both of the actors, but asspecially Pheeranut Athico, he act very well,, sometimes I do think that Nine is too young for this role, I didn't felt it in Gameboys with the actor there, He looks like he is 14-15 years old,
It is a perfect drama in general, from the start until the end, not less then 10 for it , Everything is perfect to the level you could feel the emotions of both of them without talking or thinking. Kimura was a master in the last episode, I think there is a special episode, because I found a picture of Togawa on a scene that is not in the first Season, so I'm sure almost 100% there will be at least one episode more , but I'm also sure that there is enough material to do a S2 with the manga
Well, I'm droping it, I could not even watch ep4, I didn't like the nonexistent of some guilte and regret or even honesy in some level, there is a lot of sadness and anger but it's not going anywhere or close to resolve in any way, Another problem, it's a main problem in Thai bl, the straight guy, it's something that is very hard to understand, he is all the time the same type of character, He can not be gay, (God forbiden ) and he has a girlfriend, but he is ceating on her with gay man (that not admit he is gay but it's clear) and the gay is frustrated about it, but still slut, and so inlove for some reason you don't understand, then the girl is cheating on the straight guy , he is broken hearted but never talk to her about it, or he is talking to her but forgive her and loving her still, until he recover and understand he like the gay, but not really gay himself (again, it could not happned) We watched it in so many thai bl, that I don't think any series is with a different characters. I don't know what you seen that you liked, but I watched all the recomandation and didn't like nothing of it, I have watch TSAY and didn't like it from ep 4 or something, it started good and droped, BUT ub that case I can understand why people think it's quality product, since I'm watching a lot of movies for me it was not so special and I've seen the influence and inspiration of the producer of it, but still it's good compare to the rest, There is RakDiao I loved too, but I could not say it's high quality, it is fun to watch for sure and alot better then most bls because it's the first Thai Bl Sitcom. Gay ok bankok not consider as a bl, but it's good too, I don't remember anything I have watched and thought it's quality like Japanese dramas I've seen, but I did enjoyed Thai series that was fun to watch and fluffy to relax. BTW if you search in google why Thai tv is bad? you find a lot of comments on it, a lot of people know it and gave reasons why is it the case, I also checked about their studies of filming, and I got my answers there, it's not high quality university , it could be that in enginirine and things like that it's better.
It became almost unwatchable, I skip most parts and it was a torture to watch, the none plot, their acting, the charisma and no chemistry between them, nothing is there, not even a fun moments to enjoy in a total emptiness

I wish it was the case, but it's not, There isn't any quality in general in Thai productions, and not only bls, I have watched couple of movies since a lot of years a go, and from time to time I'm checking , nothing changed, it's part of their attitude not to put so much effort in their work, in general. you could search over their values, These values are: sabai sabai (easy-going), mai pen rai (it doesn't matter), they don't put attention into details. They are easy going, they have good points and values, but this values specifically getting in their way, instead of being good points For example you could watch how they act to one another on the set, they are not reserved, so it could be nice to work like that, but at the same time they take it too far to not giving their all effort, and it could be , this is my strong assumption that the universality are the same, at least in art.
Well said, I totally agree with you and it's a big problem that caused by the media and entering into a mind controlling revolution, when everyone thinking they know what they " should" think but doesn't understand how real human thinking, and want to stop them from thinking as a real human, It could be relate to an too much exposure , but according to a lot comments in the years I'm in MDL, it is clear we are heading into a global dictatorship. a robotic generation that is not allowed to feel or think like a human.
