It is obvoiuse that the show is based on the "juicy" scene because there is not plot! and they want to sell it, but I am not sure it is because it's women show, but it's quite the oposite, most of gay web dramas have a lot of action, not bls gays. they evolving even more around sex than bls are. They target women and gays, they target more women by using beautiful white actors and hide the reality as much as possiable , everthing is clean everyone looks rich and perfect,even though it's trash, I don't think what you wrote it's accurate.

Thai bl's industry serving the white, but not if it's low budget bl or student bl, or other gays like Gay ok bankok it's not a bl, so if it's those rich productions that target not only gay people, they are using 99% only white actors and you can look on the cast like the sound man and light man and producer and editor photo, you can search and see by yourself they have tan skin color, like most Thai have! they are not so white as those actors, so why the only actor with more tan skin is a villian? or a funny guy? His character one of the most annoying ever in Bl's world. try to watch American web series from the last 2 years, there are free in youtube, and way better, there are couple that I really enjoy, there are some you need fundings for more season, but they are more real and fun to watch.

I think that those who like it didn't watch enough Kdrama in their life, or doesn't know rich people. Because clearly the plot is so worn out in Kdrama land I know what is happening before I even read the dialogs, the rich man that need to proove himself ho no!!!, like we care about those rich people, what they want to proove? that the rich people suffer too, they are misrable even if they have a lot of wealth! but us, who already known this old tricks, doesn't really fall for it anymore, beside being too generic, we are old enough to understand that rich people can be very happy without feeling guilty even if they believe they are honest or ordinary people, they can not be honest until the end esspecially if they born rich. , if you kow rich people you will understand how their mind work . thething is that it's not important if the person is rich or not but they always want to justify it and make it ok by protrait those characters as rich and white offcourse. it's always the same. everytime.

King is have clrealy dark skin compare to the others, and compare to all of the actors we watched as main lead in those bl's, only for Bl's and not Gays dramas, are if you watch "Gay OK Bangkok" that is a gay drama they are not white, and if you watch the cast that are behind the actors like the light man and the sound man they are all darker color skin even more than King, they have brown skin, I don't know your terms in USA, but I translate it as it is, and when they cast the white color skin for main actors it's shows clearly they not showing the reality and ignoring the darkers skin as they are nothing or as you say: "lower order"
