I like the actors and the plot is okay, but the execution is so poor that I wonder why I'm watching it at all. It might be a budget issue... but still, basic things like why "Miss day and night" have the same phone , same bagback , and no one gets it, or why the Kpop idol doesn't tell the prosecutor the truth to save the search at the hospital, there are just too many silly things.
The lead actor is boring; his acting doesn't express enough emotion, and it feels like he has the same facial expression in every scene. He doesn’t seem to truly understand the significance of the role, which is indeed a challenging one. The character needs to express suffering without speaking most of the time, making it a very challenging role.. However, the supporting actor, Kobayashi Toranosuke, is a really, really good actor. There’s no comparison between their abilities, and they don’t match. There’s no chemistry between them either. Nonetheless, the series is still interesting, and it’s fun to watch Kobayashi .
I've reached the point where I can't watch BL in other languages than Jp; Thai bl feels very commercial .
Yes, it's true that there is a poor casting, but this also reflects the general mindset in Thailand. I think it's really due to a kind of entrenched film/television culture that leads to a rigidity that prevents them from being creative. There have been rare series that did try something different .Gay OK Bangkok is one of them. You can count them on one hand.
Idk if you are talking about the actress or the character but the actress imo looks gorgeous. She seems like a…
It seems to me that you are very, very hurt and feel discriminated against. You feel inferior to others in your country, which is why you tend to call anyone who differs from you 'racist,' even though you have no real understanding of what that term means or its implications. It is very unfortunate that there are many people like you who do not allow room for differing opinions and freedom of expression. Clearly, this stems from a place of sorrow and helplessness, and the feeling that these things are being done to you. But this is not my fault, so you can relax, let go of those feelings, take a deep breath. Believe me, this series or any series is insignificant and meaningless; it's a pity to waste your anger on it. However, I do have one request: please do not project your situation, your family's situation, and your siblings' situation onto everyone you meet and every other person. It's not the same story; each person has a different story.

The actors are not to blame; the shallow and mediocre Thai culture guides their productions, which suffer from a lack of depth and care. I have no idea why this specifically happens in Thailand; I haven't seen it with any other Asian production.

Based on this response, you appear to be racist and aggressive, suffering from inferiority complexes, projecting your own thoughts onto others. I suggest you think before responding to others or move on.
In the second episode, the female lead character is even more annoying than she was in the first episode. She has become completely unbearable. The way she denies and pretends to be happy being alone, and shows no feelings towards the other side, is infuriating. I have a feeling that the choice of actress was not successful, but even the character itself is fictional. If this character exists in reality, she is not mentally healthy and is self-centered. I don't see how anyone could fall in love with such a character, who not only has no interest in love but also thinks in an inhuman and primarily selfish manner.
