If it is 50 episodes then 50 episodes should be kept. I am not agree with omitting episodes. There is a lot to explain in this type of drama

The episodes of each Tencent drama are usually 45 minutes long. I have also seen dramas that take longer than this.
At first I thought 'Mirror A Tale of Twin Cities' would be 50 episodes but later I saw 43 episodes. But recently released maximum dramas 40 episodes (Web platform) in Tencent

Yang Yang does less dramas. I actually want to see a lot of dramas of him because he has potential. I really want he should pair up with Xing Fei, Bai Lu, Ju Jingyi, Liang Jie etc.😊

Ace troops I have not seen completely. I have seen some scenes on YouTube as suggested.Zhong Chuxi wasn’t there much. 😕

I am not sure but according to some sources Chinese government fixed 40 episodes for some genre/type's of dramas! I am not sure about The longest promise because It's sequel has 40+ episodes.

First few episodes little bit boring but later it will be enjoyable...
The thing is sometime what is poison for me is honey for others 😌
