No. Rumor for equal billing. Dilraba and his agency both have bad reputation. Someone said rumor his agency rob fl important scenes if fl has weak agency and Dilraba's agency like to use her like show piece so her fans were worried about it and sfl rumor from his agency, they worried and dislike the fact that Dilraba will be showpiece again like LOA.

Dilraba also getting hate, not only him. You can check some YouTube comments where his cp fans is saying Dilraba and him is like mother son also added why Dilraba working with junior actor, she is not getting drama proposal so she is working with junior actors instead of pairing with someone her age. This type of comments everywhere. Dilraba fans who didn’t like him maximum for billing issue and some think he is too young for her.
