I love reading your insight and everyone else's! Each FL plays an important part in each ML's life and I think they all get the same result (bad becomes good), but they all have a slightly different mental process in becoming a good guy

That's so interesting! Right now I don't really see it (cuz I've only watched 2 eps LOL), but this has given me some insight for me to keep in mind as I watch the rest of the series. Maybe I'll watch the Korean ver next

Love character development, so cool to compare the characters from different versions and find the differences

Even I thought it was Gorya's monologue that gets her to check at the clock-tower, during my first watch! I was…
I love that entire scene, but watching two versions at once is making me mix things up lolol

I feel like this ver is more focused on the F4 friendship than other versions AND I LOVE IT. Maybe that has something to do with why Gorya decided to go to Thyme, because she saw his close friendship with Ren at the airport, who I think she sees as a good person ("not like the rest of F4"), and maybe there's a reason why F4 are still friends even though Thyme's personality is meh at the ep. 3 point.

In the teaser for ep. 4, it shows that she's kind of reluctant on the "date", like she doesn't really want to be there, but is just there out of courtesy (poor Thyme). If she really began to like him a bit, I don't think she would be 3 hours late on purpose, so she's probably just doing it out of courtesy IMO. But then again, there's this slight inner monologue where Gorya thinks to herself that Thyme would not be still waiting in the rain, but something tells her that she should go check and I'm not sure what it was. That entire scene is very nice IMO.

I just started watching the Japanese ver and I think Thai ver portrays the ML to be slightly more humane. For example, instead of "dunking" the dudes in the pool for not getting FL to quit, Thai ver "dunks" them for intending to do something extreme to FL (from my interpretation, maybe Domyoji didn't know what the dudes did to her). Thai ver seems to portray society as the bullies more than F4 (Thyme still has anger issues though). I think in Japanese ver, it's more about character development and Thai ver is more about unveiling the tough/bully facade and both work so well! Just started HYD recently though (like ep. 2/3), so I might be wrong.
