A show we can come back to in order to feel alive.
Only half the show has aired as of yet, but it is definitely among those that will retain in our memories for a long time. I started watching it because both my favorite actors were cast as the main leads, and I’m only in awe of the show ever since.It has been labelled as a melodrama but also feels like a slice of life at times, and I’m not complaining.
Daeum is a character which also reminds most of us who feel numb inside that it is a beautiful thing to be alive. She isn’t only affecting Jeha in that way, but also all the viewers. Jeha, on the other hand, has built strong boundaries around himself for most part of his life, and the character has been portrayed brilliantly by Namkoong Min. So far we’ve seen that his love language is acts of service towards Daeum. But I’m extremely excited to see him express his love verbally to her.
Let us see how the story unfolds and how their story moves us. It is everything I’d expected from these two brilliant actors coming together. Again, this already feels like a show we can always come back to at any point of time.
