Hello! I hope you don't mind me sharing my take on this. I was a bit hesitant to watch after reading comments about everything being a dream. However, I don't believe this to be totally accurate. In the last two episodes, especially the last, there are several references to how the FL's real life was reflected in the dream world. One being how the ML (WXY who I now track to watch and do wish he had been in more episodes) was in love with her in both the real and dream world. How his mother didn't approve and wanted to separate them. How he protected her for over two years. He had loved her since the three of them were children. When she was a child, she was kind just like when she started to portray that again as her dream adult self. XiWu stated he regretted holding back and preventing Qian from falling in love with YeLan and her downfall from there. And in the dream, Qian had love for XiWu. I choose to believe that the ML in her dreams was mostly similar to her real life. Overall, I really liked it much more than I thought. I do wish Rong Zhou had at least been a real friend in her real life story. But, I thought the messages shared in this C-drama worthy of reflection. I choose to believe that Qian and XiWu have a very happy life, BUT I definitely would have LOVED to see at least a few minutes of HEA and could it have killed them to give us at least one kiss scene? LOL.
Thanks to Jazzie Anne for subbing this so long ago. I mostly enjoyed watching a younger Andrew and Aom. Ok, mostly a younger Andrew, lol. But, it was fun. Watched it as part of the Thai Watch Challenge 2023.
Anne and Ken must have had fun making this one. They are so funny with some of those scenes! It made me lol!! A lot! And, some of the background scores are straight out of several old sitcoms!! Enjoying it so far!
