JJ ending up with HY isn't the problem, how they unfolded the arc was. Good portrayal of building a relationship…
Just wanted to offer a different view to some of your points:
- JJ was meant to portray a broken character. In S1 we are introduced to a teenage girl who has severe childhood trauma. Although this is not an excuse to completely break SO heart and act irrationally, it is understandable. I wouldn't expect a teenage girl to be able to completely rationalize everything and make 0 mistakes.

- The drama tries to portray growth. I don't think JJ simply "used" SO as a prop to love HY. Over the time skip, growing from a teenager to college student in early 20s, she has matured and has had more experience. Yes, she loved SO very deeply in high school but PEOPLE CHANGE. We watch JJ come to terms with her mistake with SO, face her underlying issues and develop as a person. HY also changed and decided not to be second to SO anymore, he decided to become his own person and do things that would make himself happier.

-I agree with people who say the character development wasn't amazing but imo it was done to a sufficient degree. It was more subtle and natural which I kinda enjoyed because I don't think characters in dramas always have to go through some dramatic event to experience a change in their personality/thoughts/feelings.

- SO ending did make sense. Personally I also disliked the pacing of how the plot unfolded, but they only had 6 eps to work with here. Like I said, all 3 of them have changed. By the end, SO had to come to terms with the fact he was hanging on to JJ (very understandably) because of how she left him hanging. But when she finally addressed the reasons why, and told him what happened he was finally able to move on and accept someone else's love.'

I enjoyed this drama because of how it showed growth and change. IMO a lot of ppl missed the message because they were looking purely at the characters instead of the bigger picture.

Wowww why you guys so salty ??
Ikr, overall it wasn't amazing (acting was very solid tho imo) but I don't think it deserves such a low score of 6.6? Also i'm certain pretty sure some of these low scores are just because JJ ended up with HY instead of SO.
