Looks like a remake of the french movie "3 Hommes et un Couffin" with Michel Boujenah, Roland Giraud and André Dussollier, from 1985. HUGE success. Still very liked t'il this day. Was then remake by US in 1987 "3 Men and a Baby" with Tom Selleck, Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg. I forgot which version have a following movie with the baby be a teen. Then it was remake in India: in 1990 "Thoovalsparsham" (Malayalam language) and "Chinnari Muddula Papa" (Telugu language), 1991 "Thayamma", 2001 "Asathal" (Tamil language) and 2007 "Heyy Babyy" (Hindi language). I think that last version can be found on Netflix.

It is set in an hypothetic Asian Kingdom where royalty is still in power. It was so huge in Korea they even have a musical.
