Can you tell me if this drama has a happy ending? I'm imagining not, since the main lead is dead but ya never know.

Does the couple of the romance plot end up together?

While I appreciate that you don't want to spoil it for me, I actively WANT it spoiled for me. I don't add dramas to my list unless I know going into it who dies, who ends up together, etc.

I'm debating about even adding this drama, and I don't do sad endings...so did it end with him dying? Or any of the leads dying? Or subsequently not together? Basically I'm asking for ALL of the spoilers, LOL.

Can anyone tell me how this ends?

With as unique and interesting as the plot is, I'm expecting this to end rather sadly/depressing. I DO want the ending spoiled for me, so I can be prepared and enjoy watching the film braced for how it will end.

I actually really appreciate when people leave a notation if the leads don't end up together, because nothing is worse than wasting your time to watch a romance with a sad ending!
