Wei Zheming started out playing 2ML so can't really hate on the relevance of 2MF/L. Every romance drama in almost every country has 2nd character leads. There are just way more Kdrama and Cdrama made. And C/kDramss are of a certain structure. How long or internesting would a drama be with just 2 ppl? The supporting characters support the sentiments of the writers vision. Maybe start viewing these dramas as a whole project and not just the relationship between the 1st leads.
