(Tbh I'm liking the series the way it is. Guess it's just my type of thing. Though I wish they kept some novel elements, I'm mostly fine/enjoying the show as is.)
Well I kind of disagree. Sure she deserves punishment, but I think a better punishment is being left alive and alone. The hag is better off dying old and alone knowing that no one in her family is on her side. Plus (as another viewer mentioned) Falada would feel guilty if the hag DOES die. And she doesn't need that.
I get that a lot of people don't understand why Earn would even THINK to ask Lada to take a break from each other. But I somewhat understand why.
Earn doesn't want Falada to have a bad relationship with her mom. In her mind she thinks being with Lada is hurting Lada. She doesn't want Lada to choose between her mom and Earn. And it wasn't stated that they would 'Break Up'. She simply suggested that they take a break.
And honestly it would be better if they do. They would be able to gather their thoughts and make a decision they won't regret. This way both Earn and Falada can confirm their love for each other. It's a way they could make sure that they will have no regrets in choosing each other.
Publicly announcing a marriage both parties haven't at all agreed on. The hag has gone way too far. She at least kept it private in the novel. But announcing it in public just so they can't refuse is just disrespectful. At least respect your own child, geez.
The rooftop break-up - we've seen Earn in that dress before, which might help with fitting it into the timeline.…
The rooftop secene was the hint scene released before the show aired. I'm pretty sure it was just a flashback to add more angst to the scene. Though it did seem to be out of nowhere.
I feel like I'm the only one who's team Fahlada since the beginning, everyone on twitter seems to be team Earn…
To be completely honest, I'm not all for taking teams. I mean, I'm with both girls. It's like we're missing the point that BOTH of them are hurt. Saying that one is more hurt than the other and that she hurt the other more, is pointless when we clearly know well that both are hurt and that the one who hurt them the most isn't them. Sure we all have our own takes but I don't understand people saying they're Team Earn or Team Falada , because why say your on one team when you can be on Team FaladaEarn. I'm not saying it's wrong to choose a side, but it would be nice if people understood both sides.
But well, it's not like I can do anything about it. People have the right to express their own opinions like I'm expressing my own. Choose your side if you wish. I just know that I'm choosing both.

We've got 3 left. Also I feel like the remaining episodes will be about the reveal instead and they might leave the side couple(s) as an open book (make it vaugue if they get together or not.) they might also rush it.(More likely) I think they re-wrote the part where Falada gets back with Earn even without knowing the reason. They seem to have also skipped most of their dating scenes. (I do wish they would add Venice but it probably won't happen 😭)

Yes, Falada is a bit harsh. But she has a right to be. She got her heart broken. She is harsh on Earn and refusing to give in, but it could just be her defense mechanism. She just doesn't want to get hurt again.
As much as I love Earn and relate with her, she was wrong as well. But that doesn't mean Falada was right either. Earn should've tried to trust Falada and talked to her. Lada should've believed in herself more that something was wrong, and that Earn did love her. They both should've trusted each other and communicated better.
In a way they're both wrong. But at the same time both hurt. We shouldn't compare who's right or wrong, when we clearly know who to blame. (Darn you old hag, now the girls are getting accused because of you.) (We shall never call the hag, Falada's Mother. We refer to her as "Old Hag" and many other insulting names I can't think of. )
Petition for the old hag to never get a redemption arc. (Though she'll probably get one like in the novel 🫠
A bit unrelevant but, I really hope they added the photo shoot chapter into the series. It might be my favorite chapter from the whole book. (Other than the chapter where Fahlada finally finds out everything ofc.)
To summarize; Earn suddenly faints while she and Lada are doing a photoshoot for the hospital and Lada catches her. They're in the waiting room(?) when Earn wakes up. Lada asks her where it hurts and the stubborn girl won't tell her, instead asking p'suzie to drop her home. They fight for a while and Earn slaps Lada (for the 'n'th time) , which Lada retaliates with an aggressive kiss. They fight some more and Earn faints again. In the hospital, Earn is still being stubborn and asks for a different doctor. Falada manages to persuade Earn after bit. Earn finally tells Lada where it hurts while still being a bit sulky. (Falada speaking softy and caring for Earn openly just made me melt while reading 🫠)
I really very much need LingOrm to act this scene out. 🙏
I'm not loving how Engfa is deciding things for herself. Like girl, at least discuss with Earn or something.
Also lowkey shipping Engfa with Ratee. They match up for me for some reason, and they have a bit of chemistry off cam. It could just be me speculating though. 🤔😅
The fact that Earn didn't respond to Lada's advances at first, means that she respects the fact that Lada was drunk and probably not in her right mind.

With how each Q is currently paced, I think it's more than possible for it to air by November or December. Unless there's delays it should air by the end of this year.
