This drama is getting better and better. Love all four of them. Each have an unique personality. We know what…
Absolutely! The way each of the counter's story has been weaved is superb. Can't wait to learn about my favourite Ahjumma's storyline now.

Ugh! Now a 2 week wait after that ending in episode 8!! Why oh why!
But I am super happy that the series is doing so well internationally as well as in South Korea.

OCN's highest rated drama with 9.301% rating for ep 8... we're so close to 10%~ Hope episode 9 crosses 10%. From 2.7 to 9.3% is simply amazing!!

Ep1: 2.7%
Ep2: 4.4%
Ep3: 5.3%
Ep4: 6.7%
Ep5: 6.1%
Ep6: 7.6%
Ep7: 7.7%
Ep8: 9.3%

Ikr?! Just a few days back it was as high as 8.7 (which it rightly deserves) and now its at 8.4. I wonder if something's…
IKR! All other shows ratings which are not rom-com/romance have gone down including Hot Stove League (8.7 to 8.4), Sky Castle (below 9 and now 8.7), World of the Married at 8.3 and Descendants of the sun is at 8.5! I mean there is something seriously wrong with MDL rating system

there is something weird with the rating indeed. When broken down by age group, almost all ratings are much higher,…

Omg! Today's episode was amazing. Last minutes of the episode were chilling - can't believe they ended the episode there! Ugh - now 6 days wait for the next episode!

I'm loving how the story is coming together bit by bit piece by piece. Next episode's preview shows that the episode is going to be equally exciting.

People there is something wrong here! when the show is rated as 8 out of 10, it should be above 8.5!!

All the four counters are my favourites as well as the three friends- their performances and acting has been very good! Kudos to the directors and writers for a solid portrayal of the webtoon.

Omg! Finally 6 day wait over! Loved the 3rd episode. The story with multiple plot lines is progressing well. I am so happy for all the 4 leads - their performance and chemistry is good. Excited for episode 4!

I can't believe this is rated below 9 on MDL! Seriously something wrong here people! One of the best shows of 2019-20 and rightly deserved the best drama award at Baeksang this year.
Amazing story, strong plot-lines, solid production, beautiful characters and superb performances by the cast - i.e. all things we look in a good series is there in Hot Stove League and still it is below 9!
A special mention of Nam Goong Min for his stellar acting performance.

Wow! The second episode was equally good as 1st episode! I am glad I decided to give it a try on Netflix. The plot, the story exploration and character buildup is very good.
Ugh! Will now have to wait for 6 days to watch the 3rd episode.
What I liked so far about the show: good vibes, solid and strong action, multiple plot lines being explored, good acting by all the 4 leads, no weak ML or FL (i.e no wimpiness and no egoistic characters). Recommend to everyone to watch the 2 episodes on Netflix.

A good start. Liked the first episode and the 4 leads - especially the character of So Mun - Jo Byung Gyu nailed it. I am happy he is the first lead in a show.
Overall liked the drama vibes. The story is interesting, acting is good, along with solid action scenes.
And it's true - OCN never disappoints! One good show after another this year including Search, Missing, Train, Team Bulldog, Tell me what you saw (I think only Rugal was bad this year)
Episode 8 was a bit underwhelming for me because of too much attention to Tsuge and Minato. They simply do not interest me. That said, Adachi and Kurosawa's moments were as usual amazing. I even liked the way Adachi and Tsuge communicated with each other - it was funny.

The best part has been the character growth of Adachi - it is simply superb! And kudos to the directors and writers for giving a beautiful supporting female character in Fujisaki.
Next episode's preview looks exciting - ugh! now one whole week until the next episode.

What a wonderful and insightful interview with the director! https://dogatch.jp/news/tx/89093/detail/ It makes…
Thank you for sharing this! No wonder, the series turned out to be so good. The directors and writers have paid attention and portrayed LGBTQ+ story in a very beautiful manner.

I'm only watching it because of Yeon Jung Hoon
Yes, same here! He along with Kim Seon Ho are the reason I watch this show. They both are my favorite cast members.
And I am happy that both of them are getting due recognition for Lies of Lies and Start-up respectively.
On Kim Seon Ho Nov 25, 2020
Person Kim Seon Ho
I am so happy he is getting all the praise and stardom for Start-Up! He is actually carrying this show IMO. He should have been recognized much earlier but better late than never. I watched him first in Waikiki 2. You should watch his other shows - particularly You Drive me Crazy. I also like his segments on 2 Days & 1 Night S4. He is my favourite cast member along with Yeon Jung Hoon.
Discovered this series 1 day ago and watched all 7 episodes in 1 go! What an amazing series. This might be one of the best (if not the best) LGBTQ+ series I have come across this year. The characters of Adachi and Kurosawa are beautifully written and well-acted. Even the 2 supporting characters of Fujisaki and Rokkaku are good. Kudos to the directors and writers for such a beautiful series.
Ugh, the wait for the next episode is killing me! Don't know how I am going to tolerate the 1 episode per week thing, going forward - all the way up to 25th December :(
