Review Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale
I just finished this drama, and I agree with your thoughts. I can accept cartoonish graphics, and plot devices if the drama has a good story and likeable characters. The FL pissed me off, I really tried sympathizing with her but her victim mentality was just too much. The ML is every typical chaebol heir in dramaland, desperate for love but hiding his desire because he was hurt in his childhood with his messed up family, nothing new with his character. I stuck through because I'm biased towards the leads.

This is beautifully written, you focused on our FL, most talking points I've seen are always about the men she encountered and who is the right person to pick or arguments about who she truly love, but no one made a case for Xiao Yao and what's more important for her. She's the main character, and we are all tagging along on her journey.
