Lackluster performance by ML and no chemistry

While the storyline itself has some merits, the ML lacks charisma and charm for this role. Especially after watching jing boran in Early Spring, this ML pales heavily. The FL is a bit better in acting ability but her role lacks depth and character is not believable - how can a fresh grad with no experience be advising clients on her own and be outperforming the seniors in the firm who have a wealth of experience over her. The second and third leads are more interesting to watch, in particular Michelle Bai's character, and the acting is also decent.
