Haha yeah he does look a lot like Cheng Yi. And their chemistry was great but I understand since she had better dramas that came out since then. Their growth as an actor are miles apart now in my opinion that I can't imagine them working together again anytime soon..

Ah yes.. Thanks for that. It is indeed a shame we didn't see those portrayed onscreen. The relationship shown is linear from beginning to end (admirable of course) but it would've been more exciting to have seen the other lovelines in the novel too. 😊

I know! No wonder we have very few female centric dramas with strong FLs. It always veers towards a hero saving the day (not that I mind it's always lovely to see) but of course it would've given us a different flavor if FL is getting the limelight and being able to carry her own weight 😉

I knew they were gonna rush everything in the final episodes 😤. Honestly, I would've happily watched a few more episodes of them breaking down what happened in 35 and 36 than watch the past 20 episodes 😅. Eveything is spliced together too quickly.. Maybe that's what the producer meant with not having enough footage...🤔
