It is xianxia but they took a very refreshing take on it. I didn't have much expectations despite the hype because of the actors. Maybe that's why it was surprisingly pleasing. I think the same applies to a lot of people. ☺️

I watched Love between fairy and devil (enjoyed it.. Dylan was remarkable! 😊). Tried Immortal samsara.. I like the actors but the plot.. I couldn't finish it. 😔

Poor Rosy... She definitely does not deserve all the hate. It's not like she chooses the actors she works with. Why can't they blame the producers, directors etc? For hiring their famous co stars and even choosing her for the role?! 😑 As for WRTW, a lot of us were looking forward to it and read the novel and was disappointed how it turned out. We really wanted more of bai feng xi but obviously they completely changed the story to give the spotlight to the A list actor. This is still not her fault. I loved her in that role and actually wanted to see more of her but it wasn't meant to be... 😔

What happened to hutong? Wasn't that filmed first? I actually kinda like it when her partner in a drama is not that famous... Less negativity from toxic fans.
