My fav drama. I want to be like Nam Dp San. I want to be good in programming and start my own startup. Working…
Here's an idea. I have noticed most successful startups have partnerships. 2 or 3 people. They are usually not done alone. If you find an honest and great business partner, you will have a good chance for success. Alot of VCs actually avoid single founders. They know that the chances of success are greater with a partner.
I can't find any dramas like this. Can anyone recommend me something? (Something that can motivate me, my degree…
A show that motivated me was Waikiki 2. It had some romance but is mostly a comedy. It's about 6 people living together in a guest house trying to keep it afloat and working various jobs.
First off, this is one of my fav kdramas. I didn't know tihs SLS thing was such a big controversy lol. I'm shocked that people get so angry about this. We can all disagree, but being toxic about a fictional TV show? That's crazy. I do not agree with DM DS being together simply because they could have made a better story with DM HJP. I'm just looking for a good story and great romance. This could have been so much better imo. HJP DM was the fairytale I wanted. If you want a fairytale, watch True Beauty. Now that's how you do romance and great story. I think the love story and writing in this was screwed up. I don't have second lead syndrome, whatever you call it. But I don't think NDS was the man for her. It was HJP because he's the successful venture capitalist. He did everything. He was so nice that he didn't go for the woman he loved. Instead, he did everything he can it seemed to help his romantic rival. I don't get it. This is not real life. Most people would go for the person they like. Not be a selfless martyr to the end. Just doesnt make sense. Also, the romance wasnt good like I said. How romantic is it when you are with your love interest at work all the time? That's what we have here. They meet all the time so it's nothing special when they are together. How boring and utterly unromantic. When two people love each other, it should be special everytime they meet. They shouldn't be working together. Another screwup in this great show. She moved on to HJP in that episode when they both met at the mailbox after Dalmi mistakenly took grandma's phone (ep 9?). Now that would have been a great love story if they ended up together. They wouldn't be working together. They would see each other infrequently. I'm gonna rewatch Startup to clarify my thoughts on it. We all have different opinions, but let's be respectful. Kdramas are about fun. Not toxic arguments.
Is True Beauty on Netflix? It's not on Netflix here in USA.
Whoa, I assumed you were Korean as well because of your interest in kdrama ratings. Thanks for your support of kdramas. Can I ask your ethnic background? I'm Korean, born in Korea and came to Canada at age 1. I just started watching kdramas last year because I thought the kdramas my parents always watched were of low quality. The rise of kdramas have really opened my eyes.
Does anyone know the name of the song at the end of ep 4? (it was the same song they danced to at the arcade dancing machine) I really like it. I'm trying to find it on Youtube but it doesn't show up.

lol. I visit it most days. The best way to use the site is to select Netflix under All Platforms. However, the best site for historical data is the netflix link I shared above. It has weekly data going back 3 years I believe. I believe Netflix is big as all other streaming sites combined so I believe their stats are the most important. I'm actually a newbie kdrama fan since last year. I used to only consume english pop culture, but my consumption of that has drastically reduced for various reasons. In this streaming era, it's not about getting the most ratings, it's about how much your viewers cost. Expensive english content is now having to compete with lower priced non english content, and the trend is clear. The internet and subtitles have totally changed the game.
On episode 2. Wow. Finished this yesterday. This is a great drama. I got emotional more than I thought I would. The actress for the FL was perfectly cast.
Cool. Didn't know that.Philippines is a nice place.
You live in PH? You're very lucky. I live in Canada. I'm Korean Canadian. We have lots of Filipinos here. I personally would rather live in Korea or Philippines. However, my Korean is not good. But because of work, North America is the best place for me. But I would love to visit PH one day.
I have a suggestion for all commenters. I ask people to consider not using the Hide Spoiler option. It's makes making and reading comments inconvenient, especially when reading or making lots of comments. In my humble opinion, I believe it is the responsibility of the reader and not the poster to avoid getting spoiled. If they don't want to get spoiled, it is reasonable to for them to avoid reading comments until they've seen the show. It's not reasonable for a person to expect everyone to avoid giving away details of a show. If you visit a comments section, you will get spoiled. Alot of people are just not gonna make the effort to use the option, or they may not realize what they say is a spoiler. In effect, someone is expecting others to do what they should be doing themselves, which I believe is unreasonable. Now for reviews, I believe there should definitely be spoiler warnings. But even then, some people don't give warnings. I've read many reviews on IMDB which gave spoilers. I can call the Spoiler police and I'm sure they will treat my concern with the utmost gravity. The world does not revolve around me. I've learned my lesson and try to avoid related content as much as possible until I've seen a show. Again, the responsibility lies with the reader. This is the internet. People are going to say what they want. I do not see this "hide spoiler" option on any other site simply because it's not needed. Please get rid of it MDL.
the most unnecessarily overhyped SL ever. with zero character development. he was the same till the end, hugging…
Wow! You are scathing lol. But your points are valid. I didn't hate SJ but SH is the right guy for her. Girls liking bad boy is a bad idea. So when girls get beaten and abused by them, should we be surprised? That's what bad boys do.
All this "criticism" about the drama but idk what people expected from a cliche low budget cheesy romcom drama.…
I come on this section alot since it's my fav kdrama. I literally block the hate commentors. They're just here to ruin it for others. Whatever, it's a masterpiece. I do allow constructive criticism.

It's a great song.
It's a throwback to when we had good music.
Not the garbage today lol.
Does anyone know the name of the song?

THIS SHOW NEEDS A SEASON 2.
I believe it will happen one day because this show is so popular.
