Wow! I never thought that what I thought was a supernatural drama would turn out to be a psychological thriller instead. All of Non's family members are dealing with mental issues, I would say they're just a step from insanity with all those medicines Non and his mom have to take.
I'm curious about Top, judging by the preview of episode 10, I think there must be a hidden truth somewhere between him and Non, his behaviour looks like someone with unrequited love, but I don't want to make any theories now because the screenwriters of this show have been great at delivering a good story so far.
I've been checking the main cast's IG to see if there's information about when the final episode will air, but it seems that none of them are promoting the show. It's so weird. Maybe something's happening behind the scenes?
Non doesn't seem to like New. Isn't he gonna kill him too then?
Well, sibling rivalry doesn't mean they don't like each other. I think Non hates his mom for treating him differently with New and doesn't have a hard feeling towards New. But it's just my theory because I like how this show keeps me guessing more and more about what will come next.
After watching episode 8, I think Tan is Non's brother New, who probably comes back from abroad after Non disappeared and works together with Phi to uncover the truth. I guess Non and New are fraternal twins, so it makes sense to me that Phi knows New as well and they are the same age. I'll see if I'm guessing it right next episode!
Well, if they want to get many viewers, then they should promote this show properly and not geo-block it for international fans, especially when the only official platform to watch legally is YouTube. I hope they'll release ep. 10 soon and get done with it.
Atom is one of the most hot men I've ever seen, but damn, he needs to work hard to improve his acting skills. Every time he's crying or bawling, I can't hold back my laughter because it's just so bad.
Ohm made August too expressive, I have to empathise with him a little bit. Also handsome. I'll be waiting for…
I agree with you. Ohm is such a hidden gem of GMMTV. I never thought he could show some range in acting since I found his character on A Boss and A Babe so bland. This boy is a star in the making, he deserves more (lead) roles in the future.
I like your theory better because I can't stand Dan dying and Trin inhabiting his body. It makes me feel like…
Yeah I thought that too. That's why, in my mind, I prefer Hanim's theory that somehow Dan brought back Trin's spirit into his body, so now there are two souls residing in his body. I'll definitely watch if they make a second season about Dan and Trin's soul fighting each other to take control over Dan's body.
Another good series .... indeed. Love this story.Last episode.... when Dan see Master Joe at the hospital, he…
I like your theory better because I can't stand Dan dying and Trin inhabiting his body. It makes me feel like Brother Anurak's sacrifice was for nothing.
I wouldn't say it's his acting, but it's his character. If you can see all the flaws Sunshine got, which it's…
I agree with you. Atom is really hot, but that's not an excuse for his bad acting. He basically portrays the same annoying character here as he plays his character on Bake Me Please, which I can't differentiate.
They also will tell the story of Ohm and Mick and Per and Win, so they are not sticking to just the novel. I hope…
I didn't realize that those four characters' storylines would be adapted here as well. I hope the studio is not going to cram everyone from the original into this remake, which will probably ruin everything all over again. I agree with you that they need to hire a good writer and director to make this interesting and appeal to the fans of the original series and new fans.
The original Love Sick season 1 was my first BL Thai show ever, and I really enjoyed it until they ruined everything with the disaster second season. I hope this remake (?) will stay true to the novel and omit those unnecessary supporting characters from the original Love Sick series. It's interesting that the studio decides to carry on with Earn and Pete for this remake; if I remember correctly in the novel, the former appears early as a plot driven for the Phun/Noh relationship, while the latter just appears near the end of the book with nothing significant to the storyline.
I hope the music will be as good as the original, and Noh's actor can really sing just like Captain. And wow the cast is really young this time, some of them are around the same age as my son!
To this point, I'm thinking that the best way to end this series is to have them all kill each other. I like how twisted the characters are, and the acting is good; I just don't know where the story will lead in the end.
So far we've got Suea, Chalarm and Mhee - the main leads from the future Buddy Line Y series - appear as supporting characters, and I bet that Tart is going to be revealed as Kitkat because his appearance is similar to the one from the pilot trailer.
Just as I expected that it would end on a cliffhanger, I just hope the production crew and the cast can make a second season in the near future. If something happens, i.e., the Chinese government bans them, I will pretend that Su Yu and Wu Bi didn't survive the accident and live happily ever after in heaven.
