Watched this after seeing 49 Days, because I fell so hard for Jung Il Woo, and I loved it! I was hesitant about watching this at first because of some comments I read on here, but I found it very entertaining and heartwarming. I guess it really depends on the person. (^__^)
Could so relate to almost everything in this article! I have a lot of the same problems too! Especially wanting only an Asian boyfriend and living in Europe, I'm just not attracted to westerners anymore >_<
I loved this and I am VERY biased towards the Japanese drama (or Japanese dramas in general), Hana Kimi was my first drama ever and one of my absolute favorites, yet I LOVE this version! Step one to enjoying a remake; Do NOT compare! They are the same story, but with completely different approaches! I'm watching TTBY for the 3rd time now, so it sure is worth watching! Just try not to think too much of the Japanese or the Taiwanese one and just relax and enjoy! (^__^)
I watched this right after I finished Hana Yori Dango (because of matsujun) and it literally killed me on the inside. Sure I was very, very sleep deprived, but I cried like all the time, throughout the entire movie hahaha, and then I couldn't stop thinking about it even weeks after I saw it. It was really moving, but a bit too sad for me to handle apparently... I think I was still "imagining" him as Doumyouji a bit, because I hadn't seen him in any other roles before, so that kind of made it even worse .. lol
My mom can finally tell the difference between Chinese and Korean/Japanese. Congatzz mom!! Unfortunately Korean and Japanese "are still the same language" O__o'
Watched the first episode raw, I really liked it!:)
I originally watched it on Daily Motion, but it was deleted apparently. You can watch it here

When you want to watch anything raw just search for the native title, this always helps me find the raws if there are any.
I found Asian dramas through dramacrazy, I even remember my FIRST drama, Hana Kimi, I watched on dramacrazy. Ever since then I've been using it to watch my dramas, unless the links were broken or there was no Japanese raw. I know there are other free sites that work in Europe, but I still feel so empty now (T__T) I know it sounds pathetic, but as I'm such a freaking drama addict, dramacrazy was a huge part of my life. Plus it had such good reviews and the subs were always of good quality. The were still uploading episodes as usual right before they shut it down, so I just don't understand!
should i watch this? when i found out what is going to happen in ep 3, i just couldnt.. i mean no.. i started…
OMG, I was just going to start watching this drama when I read your comment, and I was like "What could it POSSIBLY be?" So I was curious and I watched it... and OMG!! Was SO not prepared for that! I get what you mean now! Really discouraging, but I can't stop now!
I don't get why people are complaining! It honestly was a decent drama and it never got boring. It might not be one of the best out there but I think the time spent watching this drama was not a waste of time!:)
I haven't started watching it yet, but I noticed the female lead's hair sure is special...!
