based on what I saw he was two faced with tae jeong also he didn't care enough for his own brother to disclose his death with him,the fact he was a thug and a junkie but he never saw that side either was Proof enough of that

Hospital bills are not cheap,once they clean your room and you can walk even the doctors would advise you to go home,you would have to go to the hospital to clean it constantly but it's not that serious

if the rewatch the scene the side of the knife was bloody meaning he was grazed from the side to the front meaning its not a deep would and he can definitely have it cleaned and treated in one day its not a perfect scene but it's not completely illogical

if it's BL you want it's a bit difficult to narrow ones that come close to this but if it's just drama try the devil judge no romantic element but the unspoken sexual tension they were afraid to dive into could cut glass and the plot is very nice too
