It's the script. The female lead becomes so pathetic with all the crying. She can't even defend herself. Epi 5 have a sneaky reporter char, she should have done an interview and tell her side of story again. Epi 6, her 2 assistants have more sense defending her. She should have just showed the video of the assistant stealing the portfolio to the whole magazine staff instead of just confronting the lying "suicide" assistant. Then did she even bother recording her when she wanted to know the truth? Is she that dumb? Also the people around Samdal is cheering her on, trying to defend her but all she can do is cry?

Yes the scriptwriting is pathetic. How can alpha female lead became so pathetic. The fact that she confronted the assistant without making sure that she was recording the conversation. Or show to the X magazine the video of that assistant stealing from her after she claimed to bully. With this kind of writing I'm not gonna watch anymore. There's alot of better series out there.
