Thanks for taking the time to read my review of all the reviews available and for taking the time to comment. If…
Then we can agree to disagree 😊
Thank you for the respectful response.
Of course i don't know you and the statement about the slow bur er not being for you is more of an assumption. Though season 1 wasn't a slow burn for me tbh.
I respect your opinion but if this is your conclusion of this series the it probably never was something you would like.
There are no side tracks in the series. Every case, every call and every glance a character in the series makes tells a story.
The case of the drowned boys has a profound effect on everything that happens in the world of the series. The whole fight between prosecutors and police is in big part thanks to the events of part 1. The way Hanjo is still in it felt weak during the first part of the series but later it gets a lot clearer why they are there
To me literally everything that happens in the series happens for a reason that is or will be explained. Also for me the series has multiple main storylines that are all intertwined and it is done really well.
But like I said it is most likely not for everyone. As it is a slow burner
Yeah I was wondering the same thing!! Although it's definitely my favourite Jdrama so far...(sorry if this is…
Haha yeah that sounds about right :) I just finished it so I will be leaving it for now and watch some other series but might just return to it later :D

I just finished watching and to be honest at first I was wondering the same thing. But also thought that you can be shot in a lot of different ways in one place that can hit something critical or just miss it. So i basically just went with the "he was just very unlucky with how he was shot."

But we all have a different taste of course.
Cheers

If I can't focus on the drama and my mind is wandering more than watching; I drop it.
I dropped a few series that after 2 episodes had me looking on my phone more than anything else.
It felt like "Do i have to watch this?"
But I never followed the hypes and just watched what I want to watch.
My current 3 in a row series pulled me into their world from episode 1.
My mydramalist watch list now conists of series I don't think any western serie can outdo.
