Correct me if I am wrong, Lusi's agency wanted her to do this, I think they produced this and then they wanted to promote the actor because he was part of her agency. Also in one of her interviews I think she said that she cannot be choosy, she is just happy that she has work. Now that somehow she had become popular and she doesn't need to go to alot of auditions because now producers are coming to her, maybe she can already choose the series based on the story. Still, this is just work for these actors. There are a lot of Chinese actors and good scripts are rare. To be honest,I didn't finish this series, because I couldn't although at first I thought it was good but I have seen some comments in different platforms who actually like this series and wants another pairing of them. So as they say to each his own.

Still smiling like an idiot whenever I remember the scene. It's not everyday we can have a good laugh. I hope that it will have the same energy til the end.

Had to check who the screenwriter was because this was not an easy plot to amuse the audience but it was made interesting. Lo and behold, he was the screenwriter for Go Ahead and Find Yourself which I have both seen! Add to this is the good execution of the cast.

I was being silly, I didn't want to watch this because I felt I should be loyal to Zhao Lusi, :D but it has been getting good reviews and I know Ding Yuxi is a good actor so I got tempted to watch it. I'm at episode 27, my goodness! So far storywise it's a good one and the characters are likeable, I even enjoy the bromance of the MLs.
