Except some Plotholes in "Under the power" 7 character was the best..She potrayed it beautifully... She deserve…
I agree. She knows if she would just take idol Dramas and xianxia she would be more popular. But she wants to take the Sun Li route. She wants awards instead of popularity. I hope she take an antagonist role in a crime series. Or something like mean girl role like her previous movie.
Can someone let me know where in their high school timeline does the scene of the love note/apology letter happened?…
I think there was a mixed up. In the novel they were never in the same grade. He is still her senior even after repeating. So they were together while LC is still in his senior year and she's in her junior year. While in the series they just started to be together after Gaokao.
In the novel it was their first major fight because LC was rumored to be talking with another girl. That's why there is confusion since in the series GX is not yet dating him during their senior year.
I liked this drama, however it was beyond sickly sweet, almost vomit inducing. FL’s constant ‘over’ smiles…
Haven't experienced being madly in love and being loved so good in return? Then I understand why you can't understand why she's smiling like crazy. I'm also like that whenever I'm with my loved one.
I am slightly confused, is this marriage with Lucien and other girl after the ten years they had not seen each…
Lu Chen only married Gu Xiao. The other girl was engaged to him without his approval by his parents. When he learned about it he paid his father's debt to end the engagement. The boy (Qin Xiaonan) is his comrades child.
I always get confused about time skips in Chinese dramas because I rely very heavily on subs and the translations…
I think confusion is because in the novel their wedding ceremony happens after 1 year and half but in the series they made it 2 and half to fit the age of the one who was casted as Lu Chuyang (maybe it's due to China's policy on child actors that's why they can't cast someone younger I'm not really sure). But they forgot to edit the dialogue.
I had the same issues too, yet i figured the novel is just the same! like the original material was not focused…
Well I think the author and director are not fond of kids as well since they didn't ask the leads to do it. In BTS, Seven and JB looks like they are having fun with the kid

Parenting was actually still not ideal. They are same like the series. Duan Rou actually has bigger part in the series than in the novel because she was just mentioned when GX visited LC. The second lead was never the focus in the novel. It was purely GX and LC.
I'm on chapter 6 of the novel. So far, The drama didn't deviate from the novel at all, which surprising. they…
Difference between novel and series with Lu Chen 1. Lu Chen was beaten and locked by his father on the day of Gaokao. (they removed the physical abuse part) 2. Lu Chen always wear long sleeves in the novel because he has marks from the abuse unlike in the series where we can see his biceps 😍 3. He gave GX the phone. He is actually richer than GX in the novel. 4. He is a smoker in the novel (which I think is removed for censorship) 5. He has an imaginary deskmate in Highschool created by MXS and HD to make GX jealous 😂 6. He rarely talk to other people regarding his feelings in the novel so he is much talkative in the series 😂

1, slight difference nothing major 2. I'd say it's steamier in the book but it's sweeter in the series. 3. They are both great. The series just have to consider limitations that's why they have to tweak some parts. 4. It ends with their letters for each other instead of just Lu Chen But since we saw GX POV throughout the series I gladly give the last chapter to Capt Lu. 5. If you want to understand more what they are thinking, then yes.
It just have less than 20,000 reviews for now. The real score is if reach more than 100k. Because that's the time…
Well according to what I read in weibo they are mostly moms and grandmothers above age of 40. They actually have a genre for them. They usually just watch what's available in the TV network. But since there are many channels that's why they should like you so they would choose your show especially if you are in prime time slot.

In China, they say that TV series are targeted on passerby aunties 😂. They are the older ladies who doesn't use the internet that much or not at all. They are also not avid fans because they usually just follow series but not joining fan groups. But they are a big group of people who still loves to watch TV shows and most of them are the one make who decisions on what products to buy for their household. That's why most of the shows wants them since if you are popular with them then you are popular with TV advertisers.
