You're not going to get anywhere with the fandom purity police. We would all be better off if we realize that not everything has to be made for us or our tastes. Luckily there is so much talented work that we have so many to choose from. These are great times and I am enjoying the hell out of both series.

Luckily for us you don't get to define it. Not everything needs to fit your taste

I appreciate the thoughtfulness of your reply but will have to agree to disagree. I will say the last 10 episodes redeemed this drama for me. Very strong ending something so many CD fail at.

As an audience we don't know what other options are as she gave up. She gets rescued by 'someone' else at the fire so it's not as if she doesn't think things can't change. But the overall emotional growth, tone, creativity is all given to the ML and she is just there. Which maybe the satire commentary but it's not actually very clever. But the last couple of episodes have woken her up like a Disney princess so her participating back in the story has been welcomed. I could have done with less episodes.

Just pointing out she tried to kill him too. Although trying to get your secret persona to kill yourself is a new one.

Is that supposed to make me like her? Because it doesn't - okay so she's shown no character growth after the first 10 episodes. I'm confused as to why they have made her so unlikable. It seems deliberate and I don't understand why that was the choice. I don't expect any watchers to know I'm just frustrated.

I am struggling to get through episodes 26-29. And I realize what I don't like about the FML. All the emotional growth and character growth are done by the ML. All the emotional heavy lifting is done by him. I get this is a bit of a satire but boy I find it annoying. It makes her so unlikable and I don't think that was supposed to be the point. I'm at a point where I don't know what he sees in her. But I'm hoping for the last 10 to have some emotional balance..I don't like dramas where it's all the FML doing the lifting and I don't care for this version as well.

Didn't he go to clean out the warehouse. I get being ticked about the drinking but that forced kiss moment wasn't his fault.

The pacing which is so often a failure in CD was perfect. And what an ending. Highly recommend!

The ML is the only thing keeping me going. He is such an interesting contradiction. Not sure what he did in his last life to deserve the FL.

I'm not finding her arrogant righteous ( which is actual wrong) very relatable. I feel like they are purposely making her unlikable and I don't get it.

I find myself really disliking the FL but I'm hoping it's some plot armor by the scriptwriter that makes her incapable of seeing anything in front of her face. But I'm only on episode 8 and am afraid given the comments I might be disappointed.

It is not for the faint of heart. But I am so looking forward to the payoff. Those two have some sparkling chemistry.

I didn't even know that I liked slow burns until FP. Mostly because I thought they did a really good job. I'm willing to be patient with the second half but I understand it's not for everyone. And really we're just waiting for Mudan to catch up. Wake up girl - your husband is crazy about you.

I'm finding the second half a better pace and finally some pick up on the slowest burn ever so am really happy with it.

I don't understand this need to announce it. Surely there are plenty of other dramas that have captured your interest. But to take the time to come here and announce your departure. This isn't the airport .
