I don’t feel the same way because just like in MPB, this drama is also a comedy and she is the main lead. So…
I feel I would enjoy this drama more if I didn't just finished Mystic pop-up bar like 2 weeks ago. The FL's characteristic in both dramas are exactly the same, which ruined the excitement for me in this drama. I didn't enjoy either of those dramas you listed above but I get your point.
I find the FL quite annoying here tbh, she was funny and beautiful in Mystic pop-up bar, that was refreshingly cute to watch. Maybe because the two dramas were aired right after one another and I feel the FL character is the same in both dramas. I'm just not feeling the FL in this particular role. TBH, she looks much older in this drama and she's acting way too immature/silly for her age. The 2nd ML looks like her son here.
That punch on MY (epi 8) by that crazy dude looked brutal on screen, she went down like a pro too. My jaws dropped, but she came back up without a hair outta place **Bravo**
I completely agree. The Outlander had one of the darkest moment instilled inside me to this day I still cringe…
Same here I hated Jonathon, creepiest villain I've seen. Can you imagine when she went back and had to stare at that face everyday with the memory what he did to Jamie? Even though it wasn't him, but his face alone would be torture for her.
Ramsey from GOT gets my second vote. Cultural differences/dictatorship would never allow dramas like this to air in Asia.
What happened to the role choices JCW made in his last few dramas, with each drama he has been in, he has dropped lower. Melting me softly was bad enough, now this. I won't even begin with this lame plot line in this drama. **SMH**
Am I the only one who isn't enjoying this drama? Talk about creepy ex's, not one but two... damn. I basically watched each episode (after 14 or so) in 5 mins. It is that bad.
In my opinion the time travel aspect of the story "Outlander" will never get old especially if it includes traveling…
I completely agree. The Outlander had one of the darkest moment instilled inside me to this day I still cringe thinking about it (Jamie/Jonathon) scenes. That was so intense I had to fast forward through, my heart/eyes couldn't take it. Yet this is one of my favorite series. I LOVE the chemistry and passion between Jamie and Claire. I've yet seen a drama that could match their intensity and passion together on screen.
I'm sorry to say there's no way any Kdrama actor could pull something like this off. It's ridiculous to think otherwise (imo). I've seen good chemistry in Kdramas (Mr. Sunshine, When the wind blows, currently airing, It's okay not to be okay) but it could never be even close to something like The Outlander.
I'm a big fan of The Outlander (seen all seasons but I've not read the books) and in all honesty I don't believe it would do well in a K-drama version. 1st: it takes a lot of chemistry between main leads which K-drama lacks big time. 2nd: What makes The Outlander great is the undeniable chemistry (Jamie and Claire) and the raunchy intimate scenes that showed their raw deep connection that in unbreakable. 3rd: The Sex scenes, violence, and rawness is what makes the show so exciting, no way any Kdrama actors could pull this one off, sorry truth hurts. 4th: Time and money. Without the sex, violence, and chemistry, you have a doomed fairy tale.
How is she a homewrecker? He's not married. FYI... homewrecker is a person who breaks a marriage.
It depends on how loosely you want to use the word "homewrecker". If you consider a person taking away a puppy, cat, or a friend as a homewrecker, then you are using the term incorrectly. You think someone who comes into your life and screws it up is called a homewrecker.
Definition of home-wrecker : someone who has an affair with a married person and causes that person's marriage to fail.
I wouldn't call someone a homewrecker unless the couple is married or have kids and living together. A home-wrecker is a person who wrecks a home. In this drama, the couple isn't married, doesn't have kids, they don't live together.
One thing that really bothers me throughout the drama is, why dilraba never wipe off her lipstick even when she’s…
IKR... Dilraba is a natural beauty so I don't get all that makeup and dark lipstick, esp going to sleep. I posted the same thing that irked me about this show, along with other things. Is that lemon sprite they are hard selling on this show?
I skimmed through episodes 32-43, it got so draggy. Tou saving Xuezhi , Muyan saving Xuezhi, Xuezhi always need saving. Xuezhi mastered the Sutra Lotus and the Nine moves technique and she's still weak.
I didn't feel the chemistry with the main leads as much as Muyan and Xuezhi. Lastly... Why did Muyan have to die! **crying**
I followed the case back then when it came out, both me and a group of people who loved dramas (and he was one…
I've never heard of the ML before this drama, then I did some research and found some info. More often than not, victims who accuse celebrities of rape or sexual harassment is usually looking for money. Most of them settle for an obscene amount. Now with that said I do believe celebrities take advantage of their status and think they can get away with anything, therefore take advantage of women sexually. Women who accuse celebrities of rape often look for a big settlement rather then the suspect get jail or punishment. Those who pursue punishment rather than settle for the money are the ones I believe in.
This drama was lighthearted and fun. Instead of hate and revenge, it was all solved with love. At times I really wanted revenge on ChuChu for all the awful things she did, prison or even exiled. Qian and the city owner was really too kind on her. It would have been nice to see ChuChu made amends with her brother, her story was left on loose ends which is the only thing that bothers me.
I came here for the drama, not the hate or accusation of whatnot. How many women accused celebrities of rape for money and 15 minutes of fame? He was acquitted of all charges. Yes it could be because of his status and money. It could be lack of evidence. It could be false charges. Who are we to judge? Were you there to watch the whole thing go down? You saw what the media wanted you to see. There are always two sides of the same story.
I'm not defending rapists. What if it was actually consensual. You never know. Don't make accusations base on what you see on the internet. If you are not here for the drama, you are just trolling. All the actors worked hard on this drama, don't ruin the whole drama and reputation of other actors because of your own opinions.
If you don't like him, why are you here hating....

Just my 2 cent...
