This was actually a very strong drama. Sung Jae did a fine job carrying the show as the ML, also especially since he started this just after getting out of the military. I've watched all his dramas plus all the eps of Master in the House he was in. He really showed a full spectrum of acting skills. The only knock on this drama is that the story got me a little dizzy with the holders of the silver spoons and when they ended up in someone else's hands, etc. I could go either way on hoping for an S2. ( The ending was primed for one...). My rating 8/10
Totally agree with these comments below re:S3. If they had tied things up at end of S2, they wouldn't have needed the mess created by S3. The storylines became almost ridiculous. You can see why so many of the actors changed. They owe a S4 with the B. S. endings hanging out there at the end of S3. Or at least a half a season. Overall, I actually wish I had skipped this drama after a couple eps of S1. I only watched this whole thing over a few days becuz I was bored.
The manhua was halted due to legal issues between the artist and her former agency. So lots of the stuff in the…
That’s how I saw it too. He was takin’ care of business (luv it!) battle stuff while she retired. And they were a couple. Too bad about the legal issues.
