I rarely rewatch c dramas and this is along the rarest that I always go back too so sad you can't finish it
I admire your power 😭 I wish I had it too! honestly I switch to Chinese dramas because Korean aren't hitting the spot anymore and I don't know why. I dont know about vertical dramas but I ve encountered short dramas that are like 20 min the episode and really liked some of them. Thank you for your suggestion

I think I have an issue with the 40 episodes historical cdrama. I have dropped most of them so far because I get tired eventually. And I can see why you would like it. The cast, acting, music, and story are all perfect even I think so. it just that i find the arcs too long and eventually i got exhausted
I am dropping this drama. The couple have such calm chemistry, its beautiful to see. The story has alot of potential. However. every arc drags so much, I got tired. The amnesia drags, the confession drags, the separation drags....Everything drags and sadly the political intrigue is not goid enough to keep you hooked. Great actor however, loved his voice. I hope I find a better drama of his!

also I totally fell for the male lead which is a rarety. He is as fierce as they claim. The female lead needs no introduction, they introduce her as a skillet fighter and she doesnt disappoint.

thank you and yes I was bored because I am not into slice of life and even less when the characters are calm and talk slowly. But the chemistry between the cast and the couple was so good I had to push through (watched it in x2 🤣🤣). If the essence of Sang Yan is still there then great. I will wait to forget the characters a bit and jump in again for sure
The couple have an amazing chemistry but the story bored me not gonna lie. I fear I will be bored by the first drost too but I loved Sang Yan so much, I am intrigued by his story 🥲. why did they change the actor? he was perfect

I want a movie showing me how happy the main couple cause they have been through enough I want a series about the second couple from THE START! FROM CHEN YI's perspective! and more banging scenes ofcrs! i want a series about the love story between the mafia boss and his right hand! (also with banging scenes😏what can I say i can't get enough! Also, did anyone read the book? cause the one I read doesn't have any romantic scenes between chen yi and ai di (who apparently called eddie lol)

This drama has many issues: 1. It was pretty boring that is why I dropped it 2. baby talk I don't understand the obsession c dramas has with freaking baby talk 3. the sound quality why does almost every c-drama sounds like it is dubbed 4. the damn intro teased the long-haired dude (which weirdly is the only dude I liked) and the second male lead but did not co;e through. While I know Asian shows rarely mix bl with straight romance atlst leave it an open ending 😭 they truly looked like they wld have potential

overall a very meh drama. I didn't cry or feel sad with any of the sad parts. All the twists were predictable except the bro being decent. The whole drama aspect was so boring I skipped most of it but I have to admit the leads have natural chemistry so their romance was okay. I did not like the side couple at all. Overall, if you want to watch the drama cause the couple dfntly do it the only prob is that they are fucking slow burn but other than them it is a very boring drama
I am rating this one slightly higher than the first because one we have a backstory and my god even though i guessed most of it i loved watching it unfold, two loved Ma Dong Seok's character and his kindness, three i already liked the brother in the first one alot and his relationship with Kang Rim is the cutest, and finally did not see the last secret!!!!
the story is a cliche but then again that is why i love TW dramas. However, this one had many issues inclusing an annoying main lead and a crammed story. the love triangle was idiotic to be honest and i wished they gave the second lead someone else to build a story of his own. i did ship Cai Xiao Gang and Jian Zhen Yi better than the partner they gave her but nonetheless it wasn"t so bad. the main issue of this drama, if you over look all those, is cramming. this drama ended up having so many stories that you will find yourself saying: WTF is going on multiple times yet ironically all ots characters feel shallow and under-developped.
