I swear I said that but ppl called a rage baiter. I said Pio's love is not in the least shown throughout the drama. My uneasiness started when he stayed with JY and noticed something bothering JY and didnt even bother check on him. Then he uses him to establish himself and I said its fine maybe the first half is supposed to be JY unconditional love fr Pio and the second the opposite. Then they hit u with framing Pio's effort under the guise of guilt. Even worse it is further confirmed by making him make 0 effort in trying tk reconnect with someone he spends 9 years looking for. and it kept getting worse and worse until the last part of ep 12 where like always they magically decide to switch up

omg it makes more sense 🤣🤣 because even his 'genius' persona is not written well genius does not equal perfect and the chance she had to make the bromance a give and take situation. and like I said the worst is how his trauma was dealt with. first the way they dealt with his stage fright was comical then 10 years of surviving was omitted, his creative side not explored. it's like that kid that tells gifted people 'oh but ur natural good so none of ur struggles matter" 😑

It is the main reason I cldnt rate this show higher than 5 🥲 almost every character is atrociously written

exactly and the number of time they had a chance to show the 'love' pio has fr Jy and they just chose to make Pio walk away is amazing. to the pt I just started thinking this writer hates geniuses or something

Omg this is a new perspective fr me cause it is true. the one thing I was sure of from the beginning of the show was JY love for Pio. To me Pio had to overcome his self centerness to even understand his feelings which they apparently only did til the last episode. so they made the gayest character a priest 🥲 thats worse

Its because I hated the writing from early on 😅 The only thing that kept me watching is the fun Fandom this show has not gnna lie

I think thats mostly the writer of this drama's ability to switch his characters without any logice 🤣🤣 cause grandpa's issue was that he was an elitist of some sort

I hope so because I am not familiar with Christian church when I saw him wearing that monk outfit I thought its a priest. because I was thinking this finale FINALLY grew some balls and showed that queer coding in full force only to pull that 'he chose the celibacy fr god' shit 🥲

if they dnt take the forced hetero relationship easy out, they take the 'celibate priest' priest out 🥲

99% of the ending is gd except the concept of JY becoming a monk 😑 they cld ve relied tge same msg by making him a music teacher or smthing bt I guess this drama is sponsored by the catholic church of Korea or smthing. I am keeping my rating to 5/10 stars mostly because of the great acting, chemistry and the great Fandom.
