I might have to create a weibo account, and connect to this drama on weibo, to start a thread talking about how this drama positively affects people, in their daily life.
It brings happiness, I can't figure out why I'm affected this way, by THIS drama.
Maybe it's because the characters grow constantly, maybe it's because it depicts HEALTHY, positive masculinity, maybe it's because when our characters smile, we smile too?
I can't figure it out, it doesn't matter at this point.
The end result is the same, it's happening!

Sad endings are fine, but can't do another Fuca Fuheng ending, with the same actor!

I really wanted to watch it,because I love the leads, now I'm worried this is Fuca Fuheng all over again. I made the mistake of watching quite a few eps before I watched end credits, by mistake, I might ad.
There's a monologue by Xu Kai, which made me stop in my tracks.
I'll hold off watching until I have things confirmed either way, because I can't do THAT again.

She may have done herself in, is the idea. Her uncle leaves that room, looking like his soul left his body, not like a murderer. She likely killed herself feeling disgraced, knowing he'd probably want her to stay with him, but she couldn't at this point.

See, now I'd like to see them in something serious, and well done, like Minglan. I feel this drama has opened the eyes of serious producers, and directors.
