This was a fun watch! I needed something light and with good romance and this hit all the points. The first few episodes were probably the weakest part of the story - crazy and hot and full of tropes. However, as the story progresses, I ended up loving both lead characters - they're kind, strong and funny.
Their chemistry and the cinematography are the best part for me. The story is nothing new, but the director and the actors did a great job. The ML actor is very charming and I loved his acting more than the lead actress. Still, she did a pretty good job as well, made me feel for her character and felt pretty relatable.
I would recommend this drama to anyone looking for a light romance drama. Don't expect something deep and don't take the first episodes too seriously and you'll love it! :)
Loved everything about this drama, from the beginning to the end! My favorite Kdrama in the last few years!! Will definitely re-watch. Highly recommended! Great script, acting and directing. I totally agree with everything you guys say and I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only one who thinks so. Especially in the last few episodes I've become more and more frustrated with her and her lack of understanding and empathy for him. Like, girl, can't you see how much he's trying for you, how much he's suffering and still steps outside his comfort zone for you? How can you reject him like that and tell him to leave just because he can't love you the way you want? You said he abandoned you and maybe he did at first, but then he called you back and repeatedly said that he doesn't want you to leave. Ugh, I just felt like reaching inside my screen and giving him a hug this last episode, that's how much my heart hurts for him! Kudos to Lin Yi for acting his character so well that I can feel all he can't express in words just by his micro expressions and body language. The girl's character has a lot of growing up to do and I hope we'll see some development soon.

Still, the main couple was pretty sweet and I wish they focused more on them and less on some irrelevant side characters, like the ML step siblings or that annoying reporter. Overall, I liked the drama and I thought the main leads acting was solid. I started the drama by falling in love with Jeon Jong-seo and I ended it with heart eyes for Moon Sang-min. I'll definitely rewatch the first half in the future and just skip through the second half, watching only the main couple scenes.
I loved the drama and would recommend it! The story was interesting enough and the acting was great. The youngest, Riku is so cute I could watch the series again just for him. The father and grandma were so cool as well. Haru's character was quite interesting, like his shinobi's persona was totally different from his real life personality. The only frustrating thing for me was how the family was controlled by that agency however they wanted, but never protected by them. The ending seems to point to a second season, but even without it, for me, it was a good ending.
