my theory for the ending and it's not gonna be a happy ending and how Bong Hwan returned to the modern era, is that she would die during childbirth and later Bong Hwan would be waking up in the modern Era, there is two theory of how i think would played out. first Bong Hwan would forget everything that happened while he's trapped in Kim So Yong's Body and goes back to being a playboy like the first episode and over the past few years, he's began to slowly remembered thing and suffered from broken hearted, another one is that he would remember everything from the started and suffered from a broken heart and wanted to returned to the past timeline and be with the King again and thus he tried to return to that timelines by jumping in the water, however jumping into the water seem not to work, so he decided to take his own life and the END.
