Please can we discuss the ending? So the alien thing is making her be able to live? How dare they make her into a monster?! And also why is Heo Jeo Park Seo Jun and is it like a descenedent, I mean it has to be. Also read up on unit 731 and the history of the modern art museum in South Korea.... Wow my mind is blown and my heart heavy but I'm happy they're out of it. But makes you wonder what is still going on out there.... This is my hole at 1 am thank you...
If you expect String woman Do Bong Soon just re-watch that drama. I honestly think they did the best job they could doing a series in the same universe. They knew that they can't top the OG or make the fans super happy about it so I think they made consious decisions around that. Considering that I enjoyed this drama as a leisure time twice a week and it didn't take it self so serious and neither should we. I found the character of Ryu Si-Oh the best one in this drama. It's refreshing seeing another angle of the villians motivations but yes, it also got a bit cheesy. Great job by the actor though! The homeless couple... Was it that necessary? They showed Nam Soon around the counrty in the beginning and such but then they just became an afterthought and a filler for the episodes. The two highlights in this drama for me was the entrance of Macaroni Song. That killed me! I just want to be a fly on the wall in the studio where that masterpiece was made. 😂 And then the cameo from Bong Bong and Min Min, ✨iconic. ✨ It had it's LMAO moments and it didn't take itself too seriously and therefore I enjoyed it. Will I watch it again? No. Am I excited about the build-up to a season two? Not really. It feels like they won't be able to pull of more story for a whole season with this. Just let it be.... On to the next one 😉
I agree! I think it's quite obvious (also ep4) but Bo Geol definitely gives up that he knows something. He knows…
I'm gonna reply to my own comment cause now I'm doubting again. Bo Geol definitely also had a special reaction when he saw her sing at the rooftop... He finds it annoying when Woo Hak talks like he is Ki Ho because Bo Geol knows he isn't (cause he is). We don't know much about his backstory our motivations. It is possible that he got into music production because of her, so he could fulfill her dream. He also reacted sooo fast when he heard about the flowers.... I can see both sides. We'll have to find out which it is... 🤔 Plot Twist: It's the manager for the diva 😂
Why i've thought Kiho is Woohak and not Bogeol since the beginning:1. Kiho has been shown to be really drawn to…
I agree! I think it's quite obvious (also ep4) but Bo Geol definitely gives up that he knows something. He knows Woo haks real identity and they all try to hide it from him to protect him from his dad who probably gave him his injury in the first place. That's my theory.
Dropped bc I'm more frustrated with the characters (fl's writing in particular, it doesn't add up) than it's worth. Gotta learn to drop things that I don't enjoy and this is unfortunately one of those things. For episode 5. To be fair it may be a win in 2013 Korea just to make BL an option for just a sec and the mains were more concerned about the grandma (being more old-fashioned) to not accept it and be more upset than them being upset. But still, the writing of the fl really makes it not worth it for me. Another example of misogynistic colored writing in female characters, knowingly or not.
I'm at episode 4 right now. I'm trying to understand the fl. She walks outside in a night dress. She sees ghosts…
Thank you for saying this! My thoughts exactly. Her actions and her backstory doesnät add up. She's supposed to be super smart too but she's just seeming naive and a push-over. I just don't feel like her character adds up. They also spent much more time building the ml up than her and she's supposed to be the main. Well maybe just 2013 writing things like Heirs idk.
